Initiate the application with your teenager. It can be a great learning experience for them and a memorable one for you. Your college students can use the account for summer job direct deposits and enable them to manage their money now in preparation for their time in college. They can learn how to use the AllPoint ATM app to locate the no-fee ATM nearest them.

For your soon to be high schooler, opening a new account can be the first opportunity for them to manage their own money and incent them to get a summer job.
