KTFCU members have 24-hour access to their accounts via “KATIE”, our Voice Response Unit (VRU). With KATIE, you can get your current account balance, latest transactions, transfer funds between linked accounts and request a check from your account.

KATIE is available daily except for approximately one (1) hour during data backup processing on business days and periodically at month, quarter and year-end.
