Mobile & On-line Home Banking

Manage your accounts using Home Banking (online or via the APP) by clicking on the link at the top of the website.

Home Banking gives you total flexibility in managing your accounts. You can view current transactions and balances, transfer funds between accounts, GO GREEN by turning on eStatements, download your monthly statements and more.

Bookmark our website and click on our HOME BANKING link at the top to enter the login page. Home Banking offers secure two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.

Download the Home Banking App on the App Store or Google Play for the ease of mobile banking.

Also available to you is KATIE - our automated voice response Phone Banking system. When you call the Credit Union, you select Prompt #1 to enter KATIE. There you can get account balances and transfer funds between accounts.

Voice Response System (KATIE)

KTFCU members have 24-hour access to their accounts via “KATIE”, our Voice Response Unit (VRU).

Call us to activate KATIE for your account. If your account is already activated, CLICK HERE for sign-on instructions.

KATIE is available daily except for approximately one (1) hour during data backup processing on business days and periodically at month, quarter and year-end.
