IMPORTANT FRAUD ALERT!!!

We have been made aware that our members are being targeted with false texts pretending to be from our “Fraud Department” for debit cards.

When a member responds to the text by acknowledging the transaction is not valid, they are called from the “Fraud Department”. During the conversation, members are asked to provide their debit card number as confirmation.

Please note that we and any legitimate 3rd party working on our behalf will NEVER ask for a member to provide this information. The same is true for a date of birth, social security number and/or account number.

You should immediately block your card by calling 1-727-570-4881. We also recommend enrolling your card into SecurLOCK Equip - our cardprotection service. You can enroll via Free download via App™ Store or Google™ Play.

The VISA® debit card is tied to your Share Draft account. When you apply, we literally issue the card while you are at the Credit Union. It only takes a few minutes. You walk out with your card ready to be used.

All transactions are deducted from your Share Draft account. Each transaction is detailed on your statement.

Important Information About Daily Limits

Please note, the following are daily limits associated with your Visa Debit Card.

• Maximum daily total point-of-sale purchases is $1500.
• Maximum daily total cash withdrawls (ATM and cash back from purchases) is $510.
